Booking terms
Guidance text for an informative rural accommodation website. It should be reviewed by a professional adviser before accepting online bookings or payments.
Availability enquiries
The website form is used to request information and availability. A booking is not considered confirmed until Los Tumbaos expressly confirms it by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed for each booking. If you need a special time, please mention it when enquiring.
Payment and deposit
When direct booking is enabled, deposit, payment method and cancellation conditions may be specified. Until then, payment will be agreed directly with the accommodation.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy must be communicated before confirming the booking. To avoid doubts, we recommend requesting it in writing during the enquiry.
Pets
If you are travelling with a pet, please mention it before booking. Acceptance may depend on the accommodation, dates and specific conditions.
Firewood and barbecue
Firewood can be requested in advance. The upper terrace and barbecue are shared areas and must be used in line with the accommodation rules and the natural surroundings.
Basic rules
Guests must take care of the property, respect the peace of the surroundings, avoid causing damage and follow the instructions received from the accommodation provider.
